High Performance Teams and systems are a unique form of organization, achieving breakthrough improvements in customer value, productivity, quality and employee value—all at the same time. However, naturally-occurring “HPT’s” are rare. Transitioning teams and organizations to High Performance takes HPT experience, knowledge of the underlying transition processes and culture shift.
The presenters offer a wide variety of High Performance perspectives, from conceptual to supporting roles to “real world” experience. From the combination of presentation, handouts, and discussion, you will be able to describe and discuss the concept of High Performance, discuss case histories of sample High Performance efforts, and identify five key factors in an organization’s successful transition to High Performance.
