Key stakeholders worked together to support a complete rethinking of charter, vision, and goals for emergency dispatch operations.

The Results:  Integrated approach to changing operations and culture, supported by key stakeholder groups in community.  Provided basis for major changes in personnel, training, and significant reductions in response times.
