HPWT Solution:  Working as a total HPWT, with “end to end” process ownership, employees worked with management to redesign the power transmission process. 

The Results:  Dramatic increases in employee commitment were achieved within one year, with employee Empowerment increased from a one percentile national ranking (1%) to 48-percentile (48%), Goals and Objectives increased from 2% to 33%, and Team Orientation from 15% to 71% nationwide.
